The application of systemic orders in organizations, companies, institutions and public authorities helps entrepreneurs, managers, executives and business consultants to react adequately to new challenges and future developments.

Today we see various challenges for entrepreneurs and managers: life in the world around us seems to be accelerating. Due to progress, there are many new opportunities with increasing complexity. On the other hand, we are experiencing a growing awareness and need for sustainability, personal development and work-life balance.

In education and training or in studies, the focus is often on professional skills. In companies, for example, it is knowledge in production, marketing and sales, product development, human resources and finance. 

One dimension is often neglected in many areas: the relationship of people to each other, to their environment and also to their origins and past. The manifold connections and effects of all these "systems" result in dynamics that influence and determine our activities, our actions and our developments. If we consider this in a systemic context, new strategies, decisions and actions can lead to sustainable growth.
